Deland offers one of the coolest and most exciting parks around at Freedom Playground. A newly renovated park with modern play structures, it is the perfect place to spend a fun-filled morning.
Kids love exploring the various areas and interactive activities at Freedom Playground. It’s a large playground that can get quite busy, so be ready to embrace the sounds of children laughing and having the time of their lives.
The entire playground is enclosed by a wooden fence and it’s modern play equipment is accessible for kids of all ages and abilities.
There are two main structures: one for little kids and one for big kids. The soft rubberized ground makes this park great for early walkers. The smaller kiddos will love the variety of activities available to them, including shorter slides, tunnels to explore, and more.
For the bigger kids, Freedom Playground offers all the usual play structures like slides, swings, balance beams, spinners, and monkey bars plus so more unique structures.
Our children loved exploring the secret tunnels and variety of climbing structures, but their favorite part was the mini zip line.
The only downside to Freedom Playground is that your kids won’t want to leave!
